Collection: Untold Tuscany

In one way or another, we are all in search of the path that is right for us; of a way of life that allows us to feel in balance and in harmony with the people and things which surround us. This series is edited from the project photographed in Lunigiana and exhibited in 2022 as part of the Lunigiana Land Art festival. The title,  "In search of a path"  borrows from Dante's famous opening sonnet of his Divine Comedy as he is known to have extensively travelled through the area when exiled from Florence. This northernmost part of Tuscany, crossed in ancient times by the Roman Via Francigena and now by a motorway remains for many a little known land of passage.
